We recently moved into our dream home after working hard for several years to get ourselves to this moment. We asked Patterson to build it - we trusted Patterson and they completely met or beat our expectations. They did an incredible job and finished the home exactly how we wanted it. Many times, they moved mountains to get the products we wanted and they also brought in the best subcontractors! Many thanks to Scott Keate who took our texts and phones calls virtually everyday - he has the best customer-facing skills anywhere. Jaris, who built the house is simply the best! We highly recommend Patterson and I would recommend asking for Scott and Jaris specifically. We would do it again. Thank you so much Patterson team!

My wife and I wanted to build a home we could live in for the rest of our lives. We wanted a home where others feel welcomed, loved and valued. A home where you can relax and unwind. A place you yearn to come home to because you feel safe, comfortable and accepted. We turned to Patterson Homes to help us do that. Were their bumps along the way? Sure. But our concerns were heard and addressed at every turn. We worked with almost everyone on the Patterson team and liked them all. The sub-contractors were typically helpful and responsive. I personally gave ALL those that worked on our home a gift card to a local restaurant; what a small price to pay with a massive value add. The subs and the Pattersons could see we wanted to create an environment and relationship built on trust, respect and cooperation. The experience we had with Patterson Homes was excellent. Two thumbs up. 5 Stars. 10 out of 10. Our home is truly the place we dreamed of…it is truly our home.

Our experience through the home building process with Patterson Homes was very positive. From the moment we signed initial loan documents until final walk through, it was a great experience. They worked with us closely and made the home building experience smooth and easy. They listened to and addressed all of our concerns, and helped us design a beautiful home that we are very happy with. I liked that they took all of our questions seriously, and handled our concerns quickly. I am a building inspector and see a lot homes from many different builders. I have a deep knowledge of building codes and watched every step of my home build and saw no major problems. One of the things that helps make Patterson Homes so great is their subcontractors. They were very helpful and also worked with us to help us build exactly what we wanted. Our home was completed earlier than we were expecting, which was the icing on the cake.
